Click the link on the right to go to the Essex Web Hosts Client Portal
Click on "Forgot Password" button
Now you will then be taken through to the "Forgot Password" screen
Enter your email you entered when you registered then click "Submit"

You will now get confirmation, and you will receive a email with the link to reset your password. You have two hours to use the link or you will have to request a new link
