We are doing some planned maintenance on our client portal from 15:00 - 23:00 on the 24th June 2024

This means you wont be able to log into your client account to view or pay invoices or raise support tickets

Your hosting and cPanel login will remain unaffected by this maintenance and there will be no downtime to your websites

What are we doing?

We are moving our client portal from https://billing.essexwebhosts.com/ to https://essexwebhosts.com/client/

What do I need to do?

You don't have to do anything as all links will be redirected automatically from the old address to the new

But if you do have the client portal added as a bookmark in your browser, we would suggest updating this after 23:00 tomorrow

What if I need to raise a support ticket during the maintenance period?

You can still email support@essexwebhosts.com and we are also extending our chat support hours and will be available via WhatsApp during the maintenance period.
